It isn’t always the case, but there are those times when the photo matches the vision. This photo happens to be one of those for me. I explored a small New Hampshire town and came across a horse-drawn wagon, which appeared used for hayrides. There is no denying that 2020 has been nothing less than unique, and a lot of the traditional activities were canceled.

The wagon looked sad, stored to the side as if it hadn’t been used all season. The piled leaves on and around the wagon led me to envision the scene and composure set in black and white.
